Staffing

KSC organization has 7 staff and many volunteers in office. Staff come from different places and detriment ethnic groups and especially, most staff are from area. In this case, staff have different skills and experiences. Though, this organization focus on staff must have skills and experiences that is appropriate to the projects and see the situation in migrant area. It is depending on the position of staff and the project which staff are working. Staff who works in this organization influence speaking in Thai, Burmese and English language.
